The Influence of Work Environment and Workload on Cyberloafing Behavior of Employees at Department of Education and Culture

This study's goal is to determine how the workplace environment, multiple roles, and workload affect their cyberloafing habits. In order collect quantitative data for this study, questionnaires were distributed library utilised. The analysis technique used linear regression with SPSS 25. methods are coefficient of determination (R2), traditional assumption testing, hypothesis quality testing. As shown by significance level F < α (0.000 0 .05) adjusted R square 0.375, findings study show that workload, work environment have an immediate significant impact on behavior. Research indicates 37.5% behavior caused environment.
